1. Maple Story is great MMORPG which is Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game. Like in most MMORPGs, game centers on traveling into dungeons and combating monsters/enemies and earning maple mesos and experience points.

2. Every gamer can receive in-game cash, called Mesos or Maple mesos. You can obtain this money in many ways, such as farming monsters or by completing various tasks (quests).

3. An anime TV series based on Maple Story began airing on TV Tokyo on October 7, 2007.

4. Game has 50 millions players worldwide (in Japan 9 millions, Korea 14 millions, or in China around 25!!)

5. In Maple Story you pick one from several classes (called jobs) – Magician, a Bowman, a Thief, or a Warrior. New class is called Pirate. Each is unique and has weak and strong points. I prefer to play as a Warrior, there is nothing better then brutal strength :-)

6. Nexon and MTV, the creators of Maple Story, will create a premium version of MTV’s Neopets online youth community, where users can buy virtual items for in-game personalization and customization of character avatar.

7. Well if you want to play in Maple expect to spend over hundred hours killing enemies, looking like mushrooms and one called Jellies. Mushrooms are everywhere in Maple Story, so you should use to it.

8. You can speak and interact with any other online player in the mini world. I think it’s Maple Story soul. Players.

9. Since MapleStory is free, the developers introduced the Cash Shop to generate some cash. This virtual shop was created to sell all bonus items using real money (microtransaction system).

10. Maple Global released its own trading card game with Wizards of the Coast. KoreaMS and JapanMS have since released similar Trading Card Games.
